The "out list" is out! It has just been too confusing to pick names off the bottom of the list. It just doesn't fit our cultural left to right, top to bottom orientation.
So we now have a Next Player List. We will pick from the top of the list from now on.
I have attempted to rewrite the various pages that contain the rules that relate to how all of this is done. If you find any other references to the out list please let me know so I can re-write them.
