We dropped to only 5 players, but we still got in a lot of gaming - both old and new. We played:
Netrunner - a 2 player card game. Rick and Alex will have to explain it (it’s Rick’s game), but they both gave it thumbs up.
Bottom of the 9th (at least 4 games!) - and I have an expansion coming
Cartagena - a family/super-filler race game with a pirate theme
Suburbia
Nippon Rails
Ticket to Ride Switzerland
Dominion
Splendor
Not bad by any measure.
Fantastic snacks were provided by Don.
Additional entertainment was provided by the neighborhood squirrels.
The next game day is scheduled for July 16th. The theme is racing games. I will have a vote list out everyone over the next couple of weeks. Please let me know if you will be attending. If there is interest and the weather cooperates there might be some trains to run as well.
